Event Manager

Lizz was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. After attending Columbia University in downtown Chicago, where she studied dance, Lizz was offered a job with Disney where she planned and executed promotional events for Radio Disney Los Angeles. In the last 10 years, Lizz has called many places home — Chicago, Orlando, Los Angeles and then back to Orlando making it her forever home.

Lizz remembers always having had a passion for events … most vividly, weddings. Like most girls, she would make her Barbie dolls get married, while dreaming of her own future wedding.

Since 2015, Lizz has been an Event Manager with The Royal Crest Room, managing well over 150 weddings herself since she’s joined us! That’s a lot of weddings! She loves our venue so much that she chose it for her very own wedding in March of 2018.

In one of the most interesting reviews we’ve seen in awhile, the gushing bride called Lizz her Wedding Fairy Godmother. It’s no surprise that Lizz genuinely considers it an honor to be a part of her couple’s dream day. Her RCR Brides feel that.

Lizz has multiple favorite moments when managing a wedding. One has to be feeling the love and support for the couple throughout the day. When the atmosphere is filled with positivity and love, the feeling is indescribable. Another has to be sending the bride and groom down the aisle. Right before the walk, she sees the excitement but nervousness of each of them. And probably most favorite moment each time is when the groom sees his bride!

On a day off, you will find Lizz with her husband, Brandon, at an Orlando City sporting event, over at a Disney park or relaxing on the couch with their kitty, “Rambo”. Her newest passion is decorating their beautiful new home that is over a hundred years old!
